As far as financing goes, MicroCap has done relatively well in this challenging marketplace. One reason we do well is our insistence on Formal Business Appraisals- they are extremely valuable in helping Banks/Commercial Lenders put together loan packages, especially for documenting intangible value. Another reason is that we have simply had to increase the size of our lending network to get more opportunities for a "Yes!"

We remain interested in adding to our network. If you represent a Bank, Commercial Lender or Mezzanine Lender, we are interested in developing a relationship. All we ask is that you tell us in advance what your requirements are, and above all, give us a quick yes or no.

We are particularly interested in lending sources that will finance based primarily on cash flow.

We are least interested in SBA loans.
